摘要
激励是组织通过某些技术或方式,以一定的行为规范和惩罚性措施,激发、引导、保持和归化组织成员的行为,最大限度地开发和运用人力资源实现组织目标及满足个人需要的系统活动。激励具有四种主要功能:一是提高劳动生产率;二是挖掘员工个体潜能;三是实现组织目标;四是提高企业管理效率。
To motivate is to encourage,guide,keep and naturalise the behavior of organization members by application of some techniques or ways according to the cod of conduct and punitive measures.It is defined as a kind of systematic behavior to develop and use manpower resource maximumly in order to reach the good of an organization and to meet individual demand.The formula of motivation is :F===Fmax×cosΦ(0°≤Φ≤180°).The mativation has four major functions:improve labor productivity,find individual ability,realize organization objective and improve management efficiency of enterprise.
