介绍渝怀铁路工程的概况 ,总结渝怀线上隧道、桥梁、路基等施工技术特点、难题 ,并提出了一些解决方法和措施 ,这些难题中有些是渝怀线上碰到的新的技术问题 ,而有些需要继续研究攻关 ,有些老、大。
