铜针通电加切除治疗血管瘤的临床研究

The clinical research of the cut healing by first intention with electrized copper needles and removal of the angioma

目的 探讨铜针通电加切除血管瘤 ,提高伤口一期愈合率的方法。方法 对 6 8例使用铜针通电加切除的方法治疗血管瘤的病例进行分析 ,研究治疗方法与伤口愈合的关系。结果 伤口的一期愈合率 ,瘤体全切的占 10 0 % ,部分切除和皮瓣下切除的各占 33.33% ,切除瘤体 ,创面上植皮的占 0 %。电压控制在 6 V的与其他相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 电压不宜超过 6 V,根据不同瘤体 ,采取相应措施 。

Objective To discuss the method of raising the rate of cut healing by first intention with electrized copper needles and removal of the angioma.Methods Analysis of the clinical history of 68 cases of angiomatous therapy by using the method of electrized copper needles and removal, and the investigation of the connection between the therapy method and the cut healing.Results The healing rate of the cut by first intention is 100% in the total resection of tumor, each 33.33% in the partial resection of tumor and the resection under skin flap, 0% in the resection of tumor and the skin grafting on the surface of wound. When the voltage controlled at 6V is compared with others, remarkably there is the difference (P<0.01).Conclusions The voltage should not exceed 6 volts. By adopting corresponding measures according to the different tumors, to enable the cut to heal up by first intention.
