该文通过了解嘉兴市外资利用现状 ,且在与苏州市作对比分析的基础上发现嘉兴市在利用外资过程中存在的问题 ,并在文章最后针对性地提出解决问题的若干建议。

Based on the understanding of the current situation of Jiaxing`s utilization of foreign capital and the analysis by comparison with that of Suzhou City, the problems in the process of Jiaxing`s utilization of foreign capital were found out, and some pertinent solutions were offered in the later part of the article.
