城市社区工作的调查与思考

为了满足人们不断提高的物质文化生活水平的需要 ,配合城市发展战略的实施 ,我国于 2 0世纪 90年代中后期在全国一些大中城市全面展开了社区制度建设。文章在开展实际调查的基础上 ,从社区居委会角度阐述了对社区建设的若干问题的思考与建议。

In order to meet the need of higher material and culture life standard and help to carry out the city development strategy, in the late 1990s our country stretched the constructions of community system in some big and middle cities. This article, based on practical investigations, expounded some thoughts and advices about community construction from the angle of community committee.
