围棋与素质教育

采用文献资料、调查访问、比较等方法 ,阐述了围棋本身的魅力 ,下围棋对提高人的情商、智商 (即素质教育 )方面的积极作用 ,还与日本、韩国、台湾等国家和地区的围棋活动开展情况进行了比较分析。结果表明 :围棋是素质教育的好形式之一 ,应把围棋列入普及教育范畴。

By means of literature data, investigation and visiting and comparison, the enchantment of Go was expounded as well as the positive effects of playing Go on improving a person`s EQ (emotion quotient) and IQ (intelligence quotient) or quality-oriented education. And circumstances of Go activities in states and districts such as Japan, Korea and Taiwan etc. were compared and analyzed. The result showed that Go was one of the good forms of quality-oriented education, therefore it should be included in the field of educational popularization.
