论高校导师制

分析和阐述了导师制发展的现状和特点 ,指出我国导师制的实施 ,首先应该明确其实施的目的 ,其次是应科学地选配导师 ,第三是导师的指导年限应合理 ,第四是应正确处理导师和政治辅导员(班主任 )的关系。

The present situations and the features of the development of the tutorial system were analyzed and expounded in this article. For the application of the tutorial system to China, it was pointed out that firstly, the aim should be made clear; secondly, the tutors should be selected and distributed rationally; thirdly, the tutorial time should be reasonable and lastly, the relationship between the tutors and the political instructors or the teachers in charge should be dealt with correctly.
