关于人才培养模式改革的探讨

该文结合浙江省纺织服装行业的现状及发展 ,侧重于解决提升层次 ,拓宽专业 ,提高素质 ,面向实际的几个问题 ,就纺织专业和服装专业如何培养人才这个相对微观的层面 ,进行人才培养模式改革的探讨。

This paper discusses Zhejiang Province's present situation and development of textile and costume industry and stresses solving the problems of upgrading level, broadening specialties, enhancing ability and facing practices. With how to cultivate students of textile and costume specialties from concrete angle, the paper discusses reform of pattern of cultivating students.
