摘要
费边社的现代福利理论是英国福利制度产生的重要思想前提。费边社以 19世纪英国的主要思想成就即进化论伦理学和社会有机论为思想源泉 ,构筑了以解决贫困问题为核心的福利理论 ,它对英国社会思潮由个人主义向集体主义转变做出了巨大贡献 ,因而为英国现代福利制度的产生奠定了良好的文化氛围。
Fabian modern welfare theory is the important premise of the English welfare system.Basing on the ethics of evolution and social integration which are the thought achievements of 19th century in Britain,Fabian society constituted modern welfare theory. It provide a good cultural atmosphere.
