以“三个代表”为指导,努力做好高校党建工作

Under the guidance of Three Representatives, work hard to do well the Party's construction in higher education institution

江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想是对马克思主义建党学说的丰富和发展。高校党建工作是整个党建工作的重要组成部分 ,新形势下 ,要在“三个代表”重要思想指导下 ,全面加强高校党的建设 :办好业余党校 ,开展党性教育 ,用邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想武装广大党员干部 ,坚持民主集中制 ,完善党委领导下的校长负责制 ,以“四化”标准和“德才”兼备的原则选拔吸收高层次人才入党 ,加强基层组织建设 ,继续保持党的三大优良作风 ,把全心全意为教职工服务落到实处。

The important thought of Comrade Jiang Ze-min's 'three representatives' has enriched and developed Marx's party construction theory. Party construction in higher education institute forms an important part of the whole party's construction work. Under the new circumstance, the party construction work in higher education institution should be fully strengthened : part time party schools should be, well ran party's morality should be well educated, all the party members should master Deng Xiaoping's theory and 'the three representatives'; stick to democracy and centralization system, perfect the pricipal responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee; select high level genius to become party members based on four modernized standard and consider both morality and ability; strengthen basic organization construction; continue to keep the three good working style; put working whole heartedly for the teachers and staff into practice.
