摘要
研究应用国产高效液相色谱仪同时测定饮料中常见添加剂的方法。色谱柱:C18柱;流动相:甲醇—0.02mol/L乙酸铵(体积比为10:90);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:室温;检测器:紫外检测器230nm。在此条件下同时测定饮料中柠檬酸、安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、柠檬黄、苋菜红,6种组分有效分离,并得到浓度与峰面积为正比的工作曲线。相关系数γ>0.9999;检出限<0.1mg/L,回收率为93.0%~109%。本方法具有灵敏、准确、精密、样品处理简单等优点,多种添加剂的测定可一次完成。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of six food additives in drink by HPLC is described. They were citric acid, anesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, tartrazine, amaranth. The experiments were carried on by CIS column (200mm x 4.6mm i. d) with methanol -20mmol/L NFLtAc (10:90, V/V) as mobile phase at a flow rate 1.0ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was fixed at 230nm. The standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area was attained as γ> 0. 9999. The detection limits for all analyses were below 0. 1mg/L level, and the average recoveries for real samples ranged from 93. 0% to 109%. The method proved to be satisfactory in precision, accuracy and sensitivity. The preparation of sample was simple and the work efficiency was high.
