微创穿刺双侧脑室引流术加腰大池引流术治疗重度脑室出血

Bilateral ventricles mini-invasive puncture drainage adding lumbar cistern drainage for severe ventricular hemorrhage

目的 :探索重度脑室出血的有效治疗方法。方法 :6 0例重度脑室出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 30例 ,治疗组为内科治疗加微创穿刺双侧脑室引流术加腰大池引流术 ,对照组为常规内科治疗 ,分别观察两组的临床疗效。结果 :(1)治疗组总有效率 70 0 %、显效率 5 3 3% ,均明显高于对照组 (16 7%、10 0 % ) ,二者差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(2 )治疗组血肿清除时间明显短于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(3)治疗组死亡率明显少于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :微创穿刺双侧脑室引流术加腰大池引流术是一种安全。

Objective:To explore an effective method of therapy for severe ventricular hemorrhage. Methods: Sixty patients with severe ventricular hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 30) and control group ( n =30). The former were treated with medicine, bilateral ventricles mini invasive puncture drainage and lumbar cistern drainage; the latter were treated with conventional medical treatment. The clinical effect of both groups was observed respectively. Results: (1) The overall effective rate was 70.0% and excellent effective rate was 53.3%, they were significantly higher than that of the control group (16.7% and 10.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). (2) The time for evacuation of hematoma was significantly shorter in the treatment group than that of the control group ( P <0.05). (3) The death rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Bilateral ventricles mini invasive puncture drainage adding lumbar cistern drainage is a safe and effective method in the treatment of severe ventricular hemorrhage.
