金川低品位镍矿资源微生物浸出研究 被引量:23

摘要 金川低品位镍矿资源———贫矿和尾矿具有良好的生物可浸性 ,尾矿比贫矿更容易浸出。采用以氧化亚铁硫杆菌为主的混合浸矿菌株浸出金川尾矿 ,镍、铜、钴浸出率分别可达 87 84%、84 0 5 %和86 35 % ;贫矿细菌浸出 ,镍、铜、钴的浸出率分别达到 88 78%、47 68%和 65 65 %。针对金川矿石碱性脉石多 ,导致普通T·f菌浸出过程中耗酸量大、pH值不稳的特点 ,采用诱变技术选育了耐高pH值的浸矿菌株。该菌株应用于金川尾矿和贫矿浸出 ,浸出指标接近普通T·f菌浸出指标 。 Bioleaching of valuable metals from low grade nickel ores including lean ores and tailings in Jinchuan,by using bacteria,typically containing thiobacillus ferrooxidans,was explored The leaching results show that bioleaching is an effective way for recovering valuable metals from lean ore and tailings in Jinchuan,and that bioleaching of tailings is easier than that of lean ores The leaching rates of tailings are as follows:Ni 87 84%,Cu84 05%,Co86 35% The leaching rates of lean ores are as follows:Ni88 78%,Cu47 68%,Co65 65% However,pH value is unstable and acid consumption is high in the process of bioleaching due to more alkali gangues in Jinchuan ores For this reason,the bacteria to be tolerant of high pH values were selected and cultured by the means of induced mutation The results of using cultured bacteria for bioleaching of lean ores and tailings show that the leaching rates are close to that of using thiobacillus ferrooxidans Mineral bioextraction technology has a good future in treating Jinchuan low grade ores
