铝电解槽破损机理及槽寿命若干问题的探讨 被引量:15

摘要 从电解槽的焙烧、钠和电解质熔体在阴极碳块中的渗透、碳化铝的生成、槽底隆起以及电解槽的工艺操作等方面 ,对铝电解槽破损的几种情况和破损机理进行了分析和探讨 ,进而提出采用优质阴极碳块、低分子比电解质、侧部散热型的槽内衬结构、合理的电解槽焙烧制度 。 From aluminum cell baking,penetration of sodium and electrolyte melt into cathode carbon block,formation of aluminum carbide,cell bottom protrusion and cell operation, the cathode failures were discussed Some measures able to increase the cell life, such as use of high quality carbon cathode,low cryolite ratio electrolyte,cell lining structure with side heat conduction and cell preheating method and improvement of busbar design,were proposed
