摘要
大洋富钴结壳是一种重要的深海金属矿 ,富含钴、镍、铜、锰等有价金属。该研究在常温常压条件下 ,利用二氧化硫或亚硫酸作还原活化剂和浸出剂 ,从大洋富钴结壳中快速浸出钴、镍、铜、锰等有价金属 ;浸出液氧化除铁 ,溶剂萃取分离钴、镍、铜 ,锰留在萃余液中 ;用碳酸铵沉淀回收锰 ,沉锰后液结晶析出硫酸铵。全流程金属回收率分别为 (% ) :Co 98 74、Ni 97 35、Cu 86 85、Mn 97 0 8,二氧化硫消耗 0
