摘要
对永磁铁氧体产品磨加工及后续工序进行了研究 ,分别论述了采用双端面磨床磨加工、超声波清洗、风干机干燥各工序的特点以及相关设备的工作原理 ,并论述了各工序的影响因素及实际生产中的最佳工艺参数。新工艺将磨加工、清洗、干燥及包装各工序紧密连结 ,形成一条既能连续作业又能独立操作的机械化生产线 ,生产效率提高 5 0 %~ 80 % ,成品率提高 5 %~ 10 %。
The research on the grinding processing of permanent ferrite magnets is carried out. This paper introduces the characteristics of such procedures as grinding, ultrasonic rinsing and airdrying, and describes the working principles of the relevant equipment. Moreover, the influence factors of each stage and the optimal technological parameters are discussed. The new technology integrates the grinding, rinsing, drying and packing stages, forming a mechanized production line, which is either continuous or separate in operation. As a result, the production efficiency is increased by 50%~80% and the rate of finished products by 5%~10%.
