热分解条件对沉淀-热分解二步法制备纳米氧化锌的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以碳酸钠和氯化锌为原料 ,采用沉淀 -热分解二步法制备了高纯纳米氧化锌粉体。利用TG DTA、XRD、TEM等多种手段进行了系统研究 ,论述了热分解条件对沉淀 -热分解二步法制备纳米氧化锌时对其产品结构和形貌的影响。研究表明 ,第二步热分解反应条件的影响十分显著 ,其中热分解温度的影响最大。利用本方法可以获得结晶性及分散性均良好、粒径分布窄、粒度约为 10nm的纳米氧化锌。 The high-pure nanometer-sized zinc oxide was prepared by taking sodium carbonate and zinc chlorate as raw materials and using a precipitation-thermal decomposition method. The influence of thermal decomposition conditions on the morphology of the zinc oxide powder product was systematically investigated by means of TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The studying results indicate that the dependence of thermal decomposition reaction in the second step is very obvious, particularly the dependence of thermal decomposition temperature. The well-crystallized and-dispersed, narrow-sized, nanometer-sized zinc oxide with a mean size of about 10nm can be obtained by using this method.
