摘要
在 2 0 0 0m3高炉上料系统改造中 ,采用全数字直流调速装置取代原有的模拟调速装置 ,综合解决了主卷扬原有进口电机的正常运行和适应其机电设备今后的国产化改造两方面的问题。应用于生产后 ,高炉利用系数达到 2 .0 ,上料控制系统工作稳定可靠 ,取得了良好效果。
In the rebuiding of charging system of 2000m^3 blast furnace at Handan Iron and Steel Group Company, the original analogue drive system was replaced by a fully digital DC drive system. This meets the demand for both normal running of foreign electric motor and adoption of native relevant equipment. After this drive system is used in production,the utilization coefficient of blast furnace reaches 2.0 and the charging system works reliabily.
