凡口铅锌矿工业废弃物综合利用技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 凡口铅锌矿在利用工业废弃物技术研究方面做了大量工作并取得了很大成就。本文介绍了在固体废弃物综合利用方面所采取的尾矿胶结充填、废石充填采空区技术 ,使尾矿利用率达 40 % ,每年在井下回填采空区的废石量达 4万m3。由于选矿工艺技术的改进和提高使尾矿产出率降低了 10 % ,每年少产尾砂 12万t;在废水综合利用方面 ,采用拦截井下裂隙水技术和工业废水治理技术使废水重复利用。这些措施均对凡口铅锌矿的发展产生了巨大的促进作用 ,环保方面也取得了明显的成效 ,被誉为花园式矿山。 Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine has done many experiments on comprehensive utilization of industrial wastes and achieved a great deal of achievements in utilization of industrial wastes. In this paper, some technologies in utilization of solid wastes are introduced, such as using the tailings as the cemented backfill material and refilling mullock into mined-out areas. The utilization of tailings is up to 40 percent and amount of mullock refilled annually into the mined-out areas underground up to 40000 cubic meters. As a result of technological improvement in mineral processing, the taillings yield is reduced by 10 percent, that is to say, tailings of 120000 tons is reduced annually. On the other hand, wastewater can be re-utilized by blocking fissure water and treating the industrial wastewater. The above measures have a great promotion to the development and progress of Fankou Lead Zinc Mine, obtaining obvious achievements in environment protection. For this reason, it has been reputed as a garden-like mine.
