摘要
设备运转情况直接影响到企业成本、产品质量和市场响应速度。设备应适时进行大修。大修决策须遵循效益费用比最优原则 ,合理协调设备大修与生产之间的关系 ,提高大修的经济合理性。本文就北矿磁材科技股份有限公司预烧料车间如何合理安排大修时间和内容 ,并且和设备技术改造相结合 ,如何提高操作和维修人员的技术水平 ,定期进行岗位技术培训 ,积极推行“6S”现场管理方法等进行了论述 ,自采取这些措施以来 ,保证了设备性能稳定 ,提高了设备运转率 ,降低了大修费用。据统计 ,1999年以来大修费用比 1997、1998年降低了 15 %~ 2 0 % ,取得了良好的经济效果。
The running state of equipment has a direct influence on production cost, product quality and response speed to the market. The overhaul repair should be given for equipment timely. The overhaul decision should follow the principle of benefit and cost optimization. The relationship between the production and equipment overhaul should be rationally coordinated, improving the economic reasonableness of equipment overhaul. This paper discusses some technological measures done in pre-sintering workshop of Magnetic Material Science and Technology Co under BGRIMM, including reasonable schedule of overhaul time and repair items under a condition of combining with technical transformation of equipment, raising of technical level of operators and maintenance workers, periodic post training, active practice of the '6S' field management method. These measures can ensure the reliable performance of equipment, improve the running availability of equipment and lower the overhaul cost. The statistic data show that the overhaul cost since 1999 has been decreased by 15%-20% as compared with that in 1997 and 1998 and a good economic result obtained.
