抗癌粉针Ⅱ号的组方筛选及抗肿瘤作用的研究

Screen of Constituents in No.ⅡAnticancer Powder Injection and Study on Anticancer Effect

目的:筛选抗癌粉针Ⅱ号中5-Fu、苦参及黄芪的最适剂量配比及其最佳抗肿瘤作用。方法:应用正交设计法对方中三味药的剂量配比进行体内、外抗肿瘤试验并首次在体外试验中采用了激光技术。结果:三味药剂量比为5-Fu中剂量、苦参中剂量、黄芪大剂量时其抗肿瘤作用最好。结论:复方制剂具有显著抗肿瘤作用,其作用优于单味药且其毒副作用降低。

Objective:To screen the optimum dose of 5-Fu,Radix Astragalus Memberanaeus and Radix sophora flavescens Ait and study the anticancer effect.Methods:Dose proportion was studied by orthogonal deveice and antitumor experiment was carried out in vivo and in vitro,the laser technology was first used in vitro.Results:the anti-tumor efficacy is the best when the dose of 5-Fu and Radix Sophora Flavescens Ait is in middle,Radix Astragalus Memberanaeus is maximum dose.Conclusion:Compound preparation has obvious anti-tu-mor effect and its effects is better than that achieved using single medicine.
