摘要
研究了柴胡胶囊对H2 2 小鼠生命延长率及其免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :柴胡胶囊可显著提高H2 2 小鼠的平均生存期 ,并能增强H2 2 小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞百分数与淋巴细胞转化率。提示 :柴胡胶囊抗肿瘤作用的机理之一可能与其提高并改善荷瘤宿主的免疫功能有关。
To study chaihu capsules on life extension time and immune function of H 22 mice.The results have shown that chaihu capsules can obviously increase the life extension time and immune function,such as T lymphocyte percentage in peripheral blood and lymphocyte transforming percentage.The results shown that the effect is one of the mechanisms of antitumour.
