不同药物组合对山羊肝片吸虫及消化道线虫驱除效果的试验

Experiments were conducted by using four different formulation to cure grazing black goats' parasitism in Liu Yang county. The results are as follows: The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 100%, and no F. hepatica and Nematoda in goats' bodies after taking Nitro xynil and Leamusole (Ⅰ group). The results of Ⅱ group after taking Bithionol and Leramusole are as same as Ⅰ group. The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 90.5% and 81.0% respectively, and worm 0 F. hepatica and 18 Nematoda respectively in goats' bodies after taking Nicolofolan and Rametin (Ⅲ group). The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 59.1% and 91.6% respectively, and worm 12 F. hepatica and 6 Nematoda respectively in goats' bodies after taking Ganzhijing and Rametin (Ⅳ group).
