家庭因素对未婚青年性知识、性观念及性行为的影响

The Influence of Family factors on the Sexual Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices in the Unmarried Youth

为了解家庭因素对未婚青年性知识、性观念及性行为的影响,采用分层抽样方法,对成都地区3 307名15～22岁未婚青年进行了问卷调查.结果显示,调查对象性知识得分随父母文化程度升高而升高,但与父母共同生活并经常交谈者避孕知识得分较低.父母文化程度高(与职业相关)及高生活水平家庭的年轻人性观念及性行为较开放,未与父母共同生活并很少交谈者的性观念及性行为亦较开放.结论:应重视家庭因素对未婚年轻人性和生殖健康观念及行为的影响.

Objective: To understand the influence of family factors on the sexual knowledge, attitudes and practices in the unmarried youth . Method;The clustering sampling method was used and totally 3,307 unmarried subjects aged 15 to 22 participated in the questionnaire survey. Results;The average scores of sexual knowledge were high among those whose parental education level were high, but the average scores of contraception knowledge were low among those who coresided with their parents and often communicated with their parents. Sexrelated perceptions and behaviors were open for the subjects whose parental education level were high (which is related to their occupations) ,and for the high SES and those who did not coreside with their parents,as well as those who had little communication with their parents. Conclusion; Attentions should be paid to family factor which influences on adolescent and unmarried youths sexual and reproductive health perceptions and behaviors.
