摘要
介绍了电子科技大学图书馆为提高阅览服务质量利用网络环境所做的计算机管理图书馆阅览、网上预约和网上交流,及时反馈读者信息3个方面的工作,并对使用计算机借阅的优势与不足做了较详细的介绍。
This paper makes a brief introduction of our library抯 three tasks to improve the reading service by making use of web environment. That抯 to handle reading affairs by computer, to subscribe on line and strengthen web communication and to feedback messages of readers in time. And it introduces the advantages and disadvantages about the adoption of computer.
