结合图书馆开架阅览图书的管理工作,介绍了图书馆如何建立更加完善的图书阅览管理体系,从五个方面论述了藏书、借书、阅览三位一体开架图书管理阅览服务,归纳了图书馆开架管理中出现的一些问题以及所采取的建设性措施,从而提出了如何加强开架阅览图书管理,最大限度满足需求,更好的为读者服务。

The paper describes the present condition of open-shelf reading management, introduces how to substantiate the system of management from five aspects and expounds the trinity of collecting, Borrowing and reading which belongs to the serving of open-shelf reading management. It also discusses some problems and puts forward several solutions to strengthen the management of pen-shelf reading and lending to serve readers better.
