基于网际网络的快捷发展与广泛应用引发的网络数字资源著作权问题,在《中华人民共和国著作权法》以及《保护网络作品权利信息公约》基础上,对复制、合理使用原则、超链接、共享软件以及免费软件的利用与管理等网络数字资源著作权问题,作了初步探讨。

The rapid development and application of Internet has resulted in the copyright problem for network digital resources. Based on the Copyright Law of PRC and the Information Pact for Protecting Rights of Network Works, the paper makes a brief discussion of the problems concerning copyright of network digital resources, such as duplication, principle of rational utilization, hyperlink, and the use and management of the shared and free software.
