摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯是一类全球性的重要污染物 ,本研究测试了 7种奇数碳链邻苯二甲酸酯的生物降解行为 .结果表明 ,7种邻苯二甲酸酯的降解速率常数与其烷基链长度之间存在很好的相关性 (kb=0 0 81 6n2 -0 969n +3 0 98,r =0 989) ;半衰期与其也存在良好相关性 (t1/2 =0 0 1 5 2n2 +0 3 1 5n +0 1 2 3 ,r =0 980 ) ;浓度超过5 0 0mg/L时 ,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯可抑制自身的生物降解 ;中间产物邻苯二甲酸浓度超过 5 0mg/L时 。
In this paper, biodegradation experiments of seven Phthalic Acid Esters(PAEs) were carried out with acclimated inoculation. The results showed that biodegradation rates of PAEs could be described by first-order kinetics equation, and rate constants decreased and biodegradation helf-life times increased with the increase of PAEs alkyl chain length.
