摘要
考察了高效广谱吸附菌GX2和溴氨酸降解菌BX2 6的联合作用对由活性艳蓝KNR及其中间体溴氨酸组成混合染料的脱色行为 .研究显示 ,KNR的存在完全不影响BX2 6对溴氨酸的降解脱色 ;而GX2对混合染料仍表现出良好的吸附脱色性能 .BX2 6和GX2的混合培养也不影响BX2 6对溴氨酸的降解作用 ;但由于混合培养极大地抑制了GX2的生长 ,从而影响它的吸附脱色能力 .可以通过调节BX2 6和GX2的接种比例 。
Decolorization of mixed dyes composed of reactive brilliant blue KNR and its intermediate bromamine acid by combined action of GX2 and BX26 was investigated. The results showed that the existence of KNR did not affect the biodegradation of bromamine acid by BX26. And GX2 showed good adsorptive capacity on both mixed dyes.
