Inequality and Growth in Government Spending Model

本文建立了一个更一般的模型 ,在此模型中将政府开支分为消费型与生产型的 .并同时进入效用函数和生产函数 ,通过分析此模型可以得到政府开支外部性与增长速度成反比 ,而税收与增长速度的关系不明确 .

This paper will build a more general theoretical model by considering government spending as both production services and consumption services.The government spending enters the production function and the utility function at the same time.To analyze the model,it shows that a wider externality lead to lower growth rate but the effect of tax on growth rate is ambiguous.
