摘要
运用电子显微镜、温控光学测微装置等手段分析和探讨铜基复合材料的热敏性及铜粉形貌对热敏性的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,机械磨球法制取的铜粉具有不规则几何外形 ,在与有机脂复合中 ,能形成紧密啮合的复合材料 。
The thermal sensitivity of composite based copper was studied with scanning electron microscope and optiminimeter.The results show that the copper powders obtained by milling machine have irregular shape and can be combined firmly with polymer to form the good thermally sensitive composite thermal sensitivity composite copper.
