摘要
综述了制备SiC材料的工艺及进展 ,介绍了多种SiC材料的制备方法 ,评述了各种制备工艺的优缺点 .
The preparation technology and development of SiC materials have been reviewed.Many preparation methods of SiC materials are introduced.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods are discussed.
