In brief, the paper introduces the real estate market of Guangzhou. Proceeding from analyzing the operational condi-tions of the real estate market, the paper forecasts the supply and demand of the real estate in Guangzhou and analyzes one of thekey developmental area of the real estate in Guangzhou—Panyu.
