稠油油藏电潜泵事故分析与治理对策

ANALYSIS AND HARNESS STRATEGY ON FAILURE OF SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMP IN VISCOUS RESERVOIR

电潜泵机械故障是目前生产中的常见现象。以枣园油田枣南孔一段为例 ,深入剖析稠油出砂为电潜泵生产井造成卡泵、断轴、机组落井等机械事故的原因 ,指出井液含砂是造成此类故障的主要因素 ,其它如井身结构、机械震动、机组质量等也是重要因素 ,并提出相应的措施手段。

At present the mechanical failure of submersible electric pump is common phenomenon during a process of oil production.
