AMC_(l2)S-淀粉接枝共聚合成疏水型水膨体

摘要 以淀粉和疏水型单体为原料 ,过硫酸钾 -硫酸亚铁为引发剂 ,采用溶液聚合法合成了疏水型水膨体。研究了单体组成、单体浓度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、反应温度等因素对产物性能的影响。对比分析了疏水型水膨体的膨胀倍数、膨胀速率和凝胶强度。疏水型水膨体的凝胶强度大于常规水膨体 ,膨胀时间长 ,抗盐性好。 Water-Swellable Polymer(WSP) is wildly used in petroleum engineering.In this paper, N-N-methylenebisacrylamide as cross linking agent,FeSO 3 as initiator, by means of aqueous solution polymerization.a hydrophobic water-swellable polymer was synthesized from AMC l2 S and starch.
