Expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene of decidua from normal pregnant women

目的 探讨白血病抑制因子 (LIF)基因 ,在人类妊娠早期蜕膜组织的表达情况 .方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,对 36例正常妊娠早期妇女子宫蜕膜LIFmRNA进行检测 .结果 36例蜕膜组织均有较强的LIFmRNA表达 ,平均表达水平为 1.314± 0 .4 5 7.结论 人LIF基因表达可能同早期胚胎发育和妊娠维持有关 .

Objective To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene in human first trimester decidua. Methods By reverse transcription-polymerase chain reacion(RT-PCR), the expression of LIF gene of 36 cases of decidua from human normal pregnancy were detected.
