198例Ph阳性慢性粒细胞白血病Ag-NOR分析

Analysis of Ag-NOR for 198 cases of Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia

目的 研究Ph染色体阳性慢性粒细胞白血病即Ph(+ )CML患者骨髓细胞rRNA基因活性的变化规律及与CML病程发展的关系 .方法 用硝酸银染色法 ,对 198例Ph(+ )CML患者及2 0名正常对照进行骨髓细胞银染核仁组织者区 (Ag NOR)频率的研究 .结果 Ph(+ )CML治疗前Ag NOR/细胞为 5 .72 ,缓解期为 4 .4 0 ,二者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中后者与正常人对照 (4.82 )相近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而在急变期则为 6 .5 9,与其治疗前及缓解期Ag NOR频率均值皆有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 Ag NOR的变化可作为CML病程监测及预后与疗效判断的一项有价值的指标 .

Objective To study the relationship between the activity of rRNA genes and the evolution of Ph(+) CML. Methods A total of 198 cases of Ph(+) CML and 20 normal controls were studied by silver staining the nucleolar organizer regions (Ag-NOR) of fixed mataphase chromosomes to bone marrow cells.
