摘要
目的 探讨急性癫痫大鼠 (SD)弓状核Glu和NPY的变化及其作用 .方法 用 2 0只SD大鼠随机分为对照组 (C)和癫痫组 (E) ,采用免疫组织化学 (ABC法 )和图象分析技术 ,对急性癫痫大鼠弓状核Glu和NPY的变化进行定量研究 .结果 1.E组的Glu阳性反应区面积明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,NPY阳性反应区面积无显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 .Glu和NPY阳性反应神经元胞体的直径无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3.E组Glu和NPY阳性反应神经元的面数密度明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,灰度明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 急性癫痫大鼠弓状核Glu和NPY免疫反应增强 ,说明急性癫痫发作可能与Glu和NPY的增加有关 .
Objeltive To investigate the glutamate(Glu) and neuropeptide Y(NPY)change and role of arcuate nucleus in acute epiplepsy.
