彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉瓣功能不全的诊断价值

Venous Valvular Insuffieiency of Lower Extremity Assessed by Two-dimensional and Color Doppler Ultrasonography

目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声在检测下肢静脉瓣功能不全中的价值。 方法 应用二维及彩色多普勒超声观察下肢静脉瓣功能不全患者 2 4例 ,共 36条患肢静脉血管 ,并与正常下肢静脉对比。 结果 下肢静脉瓣功能不全的患肢静脉血管血流速度较正常组低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;乏氏动作后 ,血流返流时间较正常组长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血管内径中仅大隐静脉内径较正常组明显增宽 (P<0 .0 5 )。患肢血管中深静脉内径与正常组对比无明显差别。

Objective\ To check on two\|dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing venous valvular insufficiency in lower extremity.\ Methods\ 24 patients(36 lower limbs) with venous valvular insufficiency were compared with the health by the two\|dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography.\ Results\ The velocities of blood flow of the diseased veins were lower than the healthy ones(P<0 05).\ The inner diameters of the diseased great saphenous veins were widened than the healthy ones(P<0 05)...
