B-Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Adrenal Pheochromocytoma

目的 探讨 B超对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断价值。 方法 利用 B超对双侧肾上腺区多体位多切面常规扫查。 结果 6例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中 B超正确诊断 5例 ,诊断符合率 83.33%。 结论 B超诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤具有安全无伤、图像直观、符合率高、定位准确、经济简便、便于随访等优点 ,具有首选检查价值 。
