冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞介入治疗效果的超声评价

Echocardiography for Assessment of Therapeutic of Coronary Intervention in Chronic Total Occlusions

目的 评价冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞性病变 (CTO)介入治疗后左室收缩功能变化。 方法 对 32例介入治疗成功的 CTO患者 ,应用二维超声心动图评价其左室整体和节段性收缩功能变化 ,分别测量术前、术后 1个月和术后 6个月左室射血分数 (EF)和左室室壁运动计分 (WMS)。 结果 术前、术后 1个月、术后 6个月 EF分别为 (44± 13) % ,(48± 12 ) %和 (49± 10 ) % ,WMS分别为 35± 10 ,2 8± 8和 2 5± 7。 结论 成功的介入治疗显著改善 CTO患者的左室整体及节段性收缩功能 ;在缺血性心脏病中 。

Objective\ To evaluate the left ventricular function in patients with successful coronary angioplasty of chronic total occlusions.\ Methods\ Two\|dimensional echocardiography was performed in 32 patients with successful coronary angioplasty of chronic total occlusions and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) and wall motion score(WMS) were measured.\ Results\ Before, 1 month and 6 months after the angioplasty, EF was (44±13)%, (48±12)% and (49±10)%, respectively; WMS was 35±10, 28±8 and 25±7, respectively...
