摘要
青霉废菌丝体是发酵工业的副产物,它的综合利用具有重要的实际意义。介绍了生物法提取高附加值产品——壳聚糖和麦角固醇的生产工艺。指出将青霉废菌丝体进行综合利用形成壳聚糖及其衍生物系列产品,可以大幅度降低壳聚糖的生产成本,实现壳聚糖产业的可持续发展。
