摘要
由甲醇生产一氯甲烷的核心是热氯化反应。以热氯化反应器为研究对象,分析了对其控制的特点和难点,设计构造了面向甲醇法生产过程中的分层智能专家控制系统,给出了工程应用结果。
The core of the synthesis of CH3 Cl from methanol is heat chlorination reaction. Features and difficulties of controlling heat chlorination reactor were analyzed. The layered expert intelligent control system for the process was designed and results of engineering application was also given.
