空速对Pd/Ce_xZr_(1-x)O_2/γ-Al_2O_3三效催化剂起燃特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 制备了Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/r-Al2O3及Pd/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2/r-Al2O3两种三效催化剂。在不同空速下,分别考察并对比了空速对两种催化剂的T30%、T50%、T90%的影响规律。详细分析了空速对两种催化剂起燃特性影响的相同与不同之处及其原因。Pd/ce0.8Zr0.2O2/r-Al2O3的冷起燃温度较低,而Pd/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2/r-Al2O3起燃后能迅速达到最大催化活性。 Two kinds of three-way catalysts, Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/y-AI2O3 and Pd/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2/r-Al2O3,were prepared.Effects of space velocity on T30%, T50% and T90% of two catalysts were tested and compared. Differences and similarity of the cold start and light off effects were analyzed.lt is concluded that Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/r-Al2O3 has a lower cold start temperature while Pd/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2/y-Al2O3 possess a good light-off ability.
