摘要
概述了氧化铝的烧结和相变机理,阐述了锆、钛、镧、铈、钡、锶、硅和锡氧化物等不同添加剂、组分间协同效应及制备方法对氧化铝热稳定性的影响。综述了氧化铝改性机理及近年来国内外这一领域的发展。指出今后的研究方向是:结合制备方法的改善,开发新型添加剂以提高氧化铝的高温热稳定性并探寻不同组分间的协同效应。
The sintering and phase transformation mechanism of alumina are described. Effects of different additives (Zr02, Ti02, Ld203, Ce02, BaO, SrO, Si02, Sn02, etc. ) , synergisms among varied components and changed preparation methods on thermal stability of alumina are introduced. Modification mechanism of alumina and the latest development in this field are reviewed .
