摘要
研究了Zn ,Al含量对高锌镁合金的密度、显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,含锌 (质量分数 ) 2 0 %~ 2 5 %、铝 5 %~ 10 %之间的镁合金的着火点高于 740℃ ,密度约为 2 .2g/cm3 ,可采用常规熔炼方法熔炼。该材料的强度σb 为 14 5~ 164MPa 。
Influence of Zn and Al contents on the density, microstructure and properties of high Zn Mg alloy was investigated. The kindling point of Mg alloy with Zn 20%~25% and Al 5%~10% is more than 740 ℃ and density of the Mg alloy is approximately 2.2g/cm 3. Conventional casting technology could be adopted to produce the Mg alloy casting with tensile strength 145~164 MPa.
