裂化催化剂分级试验研究

摘要 用分级装置对喷雾干燥得到的催化剂进行分级试验,总结了进气总量和分级轮的转速对分级性能的影响。优选出了合理的操作参数,即在进气量664.8 m3/h,分级轮转速1042.5 r/min的条件下,将原料催化剂中小于20μm细粉的含量由5%-9%降低到2.5%以下,而被分出的细粉中含大于20μm的组分不超过10.8%,牛顿分级效率达到88%,从而使催化剂成品的粒度分布符合国际要求。 The rotating speed of classification disc n and the volume of air flow Q are the most important factors which can greatly influence the classification efficiency of air classifier.The influence is studied by a great deal of experimental data.
