摘要
将层次分析法(AHP)引入到化工过程环境性能评估,建立了基于层次分析的过程环境性能综合评估模型。并通过对乙烯直接水合法制乙醇和秸秆纤维素糖化发酵二段法制乙醇两个乙醇生产方案的评估,详细地阐明了该评估方法的操作过程。过程环境性能指数分别为893.265和619.116,后者优于前者。
Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced in order to assess environmental performance of chemical processes . Integrated assessment model for process environmental performance based on AHP is established. Two alternative methods of ethanol production (the direct hydration of ethylene vs separate saccharification and fermentation process) are assessed.
