摘要
目的:探讨广藿香挥发油对抗青蒿酯钠伯氏疟原虫选择性抗疟作用的机理。方法:以1,6-二苯己三烯(DPH)为荧光探针,研究广藿香挥发油对伯氏疟原虫正常株和抗青蒿酯钠株膜脂质流动性的影响。结果:给药前抗青蒿酯钠伯氏疟原虫膜脂质流动性明显低于正常株(P<0.01)。给药后两者的膜流动性均增加(P<0.01);且两者间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:广藿香挥发油可能改变了抗青蒿酯钠疟原虫膜的功能,使其膜流动性明显增加。
