摘要
目的:探讨雷公藤多甙(T_Ⅱ)对同种异体大鼠的免疫抑制机制。方法:将肾移植大鼠分为3组:对照组、T_Ⅱ组及环孢素 A(CsA)组。检测肾移植大鼠术后外周血肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的变化及其与移植大鼠存活的关系。结果:对照组大鼠平均存活(7.3±2.2)d,TNF-α平均水平为(27.3±8.9)μg/L;T_Ⅱ组大鼠平均存活(18.1±3.7)d,TNF-α平均(18.9±7.7)μg/L;CsA 组大鼠平均存活(26.1±4.6)d,TNF-α平均(13.4±5.4)μg/L。T_Ⅱ组大鼠存活时间比对照组明显延长(P<0.01),但不及 CsA 组(P<0.05)。TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),高于 CsA 组(P<0.05)。结论:T_Ⅱ可以显著抑制移植大鼠外周血的 TNF-α水平,TNF-α的外周血水平与移植鼠存活呈明显负相关。
Objective:To explore the immuno-suppressive effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglucoside(TWP)on rats after heterogenous kidney transplantation(HKT).Methods:Rats after HKT were divided into three groups,the control group,the TWP group and the cy- closporin A(CsA)group.Changes of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)and the survival in rats were observed.Results:The survival time in the control group was 7.3±2.2 days and the TNF-α was 27.3±8.9μg/L,those in the TWP group was 18.1±3.7 days and 18.9 ±7.7μg/L respecti...
